Midwest Arts Integration Conference
July 11-13, 2022
Butler University is proud to present the Virtual Midwest Arts Integration Conference on July 11-13, 2022, in partnership with the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts. This virtual conference explores the “how” of arts integration, rooted in the Kennedy Center’s 40 years of experience in professional learning for teachers, and provides many strategies that can make arts integration a part of every teacher’s approach to teaching. This conference is appropriate for teachers, principals, school district administrators, and partnering arts organization staff and teaching artists.
Attending three participatory sessions qualifies Indiana Classroom Educators to apply for the Indiana Educator Fellowship for Arts Integration from the Indiana Arts Commission. Fellowships include up to $3,000 to provide an arts integration artist residency in the classroom during the 2022-2023 academic year.
