Interested in ticket donations for your non-profit charity or fundraising event? The Butler Arts & Events Center has a limited number of tickets to allocate for charitable donations. Requests will be accepted prior to each academic year. Requests must be submitted for approval beginning May 1st and the submission deadline is August 31st. Requests must be received no later than six weeks prior to your event. A ticket certificate is awarded that must be presented in person by the recipient to redeem for tickets. Tickets are subject to availability at time of redemption.
Please email email@example.com to request tickets for your organization. Make sure the following information is included:
- Name of Organization
- Fundraiser Title
- Preferred Delivery Method – mail or will call
- Date Certificate is needed
- Contact Name
- Please attach any supporting document(s) you might have, such as an invitation or advertisement.
Note: Requests cannot be made for a specific performance, such requests are not guaranteed. BAEC staff will determine on a case-by-case basis what tickets are available for the given date range. Due to the large quantity of requests, you will only receive a response if tickets have been approved for your event.
