Parking Information

All visitor and event parking is available in two lots located at the Butler South Campus building.  Parking lots are accessible off of W. 42 Street or Haughey Ave.  Note, there is a shorter distance from the 42nd Street lot to the Shelton Auditorium for those with mobility concerns. Shelton Auditorium, with nearly 400 seats, is a unique and beautiful Greek-style theatre located on Butler University’s South Campus, formerly the campus of Christian Theological Seminary. The building is a mid-century “pre-Gothic” building designed by Edward Larrabee Barnes and opened in 1966. Shelton Auditorium features incredible acoustics, ample stadium seating and on-site surface parking in the lot off W. 42nd St. or off Haughey Avenue.
