Offer free public performances, including the Free Movie Series and the Krannert Preshow Series.
Renovate, update, and expand, ensuring we are always able to serve our community’s needs.

Butler Arts & Events Center Camps & Community Programming Fund
Support need-based camp tuition assistance, marketing expenses, camp supplies and materials, and staff compensation.
Continue to serve the residents of Indiana and provide scholarships and financial aid.
Support continued learning for children and young adults on campus.
The Arts Performance Fund
Subsidize the use of BAEC venues for local arts organizations.
Allow these organizations to keep 100% of their revenue by eliminating venue rental fees.
Provide experiential learning opportunities to undergraduate students as they learn about endowed funds and control the grant distribution process.
