Music at Butler presents the Student Showcase Series

“It’s a Percussion Night!” – Jon Crabiel, Butler University School of Music Coordinator of Percussion Studies

The program includes BSO concerto winner Mike Ellis, marimba, performing Eric Ewazen’s Concerto for Marimba and Orchestra. The Percussion Ensemble performing (It’s Just) Talk by Pat Metheny and Losa by French composer Emmanuel Séjourné.

Due to the international pandemic, we have decided to pre-record and livestream a weekly potpourri of our music ensembles; each performance will then be available to view through the Butler Arts and Events Center website.
