Music at Butler: Butler University Percussion Ensemble

Under direction of percussion Artist-in-Residence, Jon Crabiel, the Butler Percussion Ensemble promises a high-energy concert performing styles from classical to rock, avant-garde to ragtime, Latin American to African, Brazilian to jazz. Come spend the evening listening to these talented Butler students perform some of the most intriguing and interesting music – on a vast array of the most intriguing and interesting percussion instruments! Listeners will be immersed in a world of intricate patterns, rhythms, sounds and textures. The Butler Percussion Ensemble never disappoint.
