Hosted by the Butler College of Education

Butler Way Leadership Camp is a fun, interactive program which allows high school students to gain practical leadership skills that can be used in a variety of settings. Our goal is to empower leaders for the future.

What to expect;

In person experience on Butler’s campus
Lessons that will teach and develop skills for student leaders
Collaboration with high school students from differing Indy area schools
Guest speakers and mentors currently in leadership positions

Student leaders will:

Develop their vision
Engage in Community Leadership
Manage Conflict
Collaborate to execute a school leadership project
